The form for schedule changes is available in Schoology and is only available during the schedule review periods. If it isn't open, you cannot request a schedule change.
Please make sure you check your email in case it is an issue we can fix by communicating that way!!! If you submit a request and don't hear from us, let us know!
If we send you an appointment time, please stop in that morning and collect your pass from Stacy in the Counseling Office.
