Strand 6: Data to Serve Exceptional Children Credential Training
The goal of this training is to help Regional Data Leads incorporate data from the Special Education Profiles into data conversations with buildings and districts. The training aims to help participants navigate the Special Education Profiles, understand and interpret data from special education indicators, and how to assist districts in using this data to inform their improvement planning.
This training program offers two distinct delivery modes tailored to different levels of familiarity with the Special Education Profile and Rating: synchronous and asynchronous. The synchronous session caters to individuals with limited understanding, providing intensive full-day training in Cohort 1. Cohorts 2 and 3 offer asynchronous options suited for participants already possessing a deep understanding of the subject matter, allowing them to engage with the material at their own pace.
