KZFR Board of Directors' Application: 2021-23
KZFR is looking to fill up to four (4) open Director slots for the 2021-2023 Board term.
This form shall serve as an application for persons wanting to be considered for election to the Board of Directors.  (None of the personal information included in this form shall be shared to third parties or added to any list-serves.)

Much of KZFR’s Board communication takes place via email and shared Google Folders through the internet.  Many of these files are in PDF format.  Do you have reliable access to the internet and an email-compatible device in order to regularly check folders/files and compose emails? *
KZFR Board and Committee meetings are held via Zoom in order to ensure ease of access.  Do you have reliable access to a device with camera, microphone, and audio?  (Such as a laptop, tablet, smart phone, etc.) *
An average Director may invest 6-10 hours per month on Board business.  Are you able to meet this commitment? *
The KZFR Board of Directors currently has the following working committees: The Fundraising Committee, the News & Public Affairs Committee, & the Document Review Committee.  If elected to serve on the Board, would you be interested in joining any of these committees? *
