Welcome to the Chester County and Henrietta Hankin Branch Libraries’ 2026 Adult Summer Reading Challenge! The challenge runs from June 1 through August 30 and is open to all readers ages 18 and up. Please use this form to register—registration is required only once per participant. Prize drawings will take place on August 31.
How to Participate:
- Get your bingo card! Pick up a physical bingo card at the Reference Desk or print one out at home using the link on our Adult Reading Program webpage.
- Start tracking your reading! There are 25 bingo squares on the card. Each square you complete earns you one ticket toward prize drawings—the more squares you complete, the more chances to win! To be entered for the Grand Prize, you must get bingo (five squares in a row vertically, horizontally, or diagonally) and return your card by August 30, 2026.
- Enter to win prizes! Return your bingo card to the Reference Desk by August 30, 2026 to be eligible for prizes. This year, the Grand Prize is a Kobo Clara Colour e-Reader kit! There will also be raffle baskets available to win at both the Chester County and Henrietta Hankin Branch Libraries. Prizes include gift cards to local restaurants and businesses, tickets to local attractions, and other fun items. If you are unable to physically come into the library to turn in your log or pick up your prize(s), please reach out to the Chester County Library's Reference desk at ref@ccls.org or 610-344-5957 or the Henrietta Hankin Branch's Reference desk at hhreference@ccls.org or 610-344-4196. Prize winners will be drawn on Monday, August 31, 2026 and notified by email or phone call.
