Mentor Interest Form
Thank you for taking the time to help mentor our students! This mentorship program is open to all of our supply chain & operations management students (majors and minors), freshmen through seniors. The goal of the program is to match current students with working professionals who can help mentor them in answering questions about the field and career paths, as well as guide them on internship and job opportunities, interviewing, resumes, etc.
The Center for Supply Chain Excellence will match you up with a student, and then it is up to you and the student to decide the cadence of your meetings. We suggest meeting monthly, but you may be open to checking in with the student more often, and that is perfectly fine.
Please use a personal email so your future mentee (and CSCE) can still contact you should you switch jobs.
