PyConDE & PyData 2026 Financial Aid Form
As part of our commitment to the Python community, we are pleased to announce that we offer special grants for people needing financial aid to attend PyConDE & PyData 2026.

Please fill out and submit the form below by Saturday, 18th of January, 2026 at 23:59 CET to apply for a grant.

Please note:
The maximum grant is 400 for travel and accommodation for Europe and Neighbouring Countries applicants and 800 for travel and accommodation for Intercontinental applicants. A free in-person conference ticket is included in both cases.

You will need to hand in receipts to be reimbursed after the conference.

Accomodation option *
Grantees can be placed in double shared rooms with another grantee of the same gender (if not discussed separately). This option could give you an opportunity to save money spent on accommodation. 

The price of the shared accommodation (150 €) will be covered from the travel/accommodation grant.
