City of Miami Arbor Day 2025 Tree Giveaway Registration

Note: 

  • Only properties located within the official City of Miami limits are eligible for registration for the giveaway.
  • No exceptions will be made.
  • Each property is limited to completing and submitting only one registration form, and only one registration form per property will be accepted without exception.
  • Proof of residency will be required on the day of the event. The address provided on the registration form must match the address on the proof of residency.
  • Trees are on a first come, first serve basis. While saving significant time, registration does not guarantee trees or tree preferences when supplies run out.
  • A maximum of one (1) tree or shrub per property. We encourage residents to attend the giveaways in their district.  

Nota:

  • Solo las propiedades ubicadas dentro de los límites oficiales de la Ciudad de Miami son elegibles para registrarse para la entrega gratuita. No se harán excepciones.
  • Cada propiedad está limitada a completar y enviar solo un formulario de registro, y solo se aceptará un formulario de registro por propiedad sin excepción.
  • Se requerirá prueba de residencia el día del evento. La dirección proporcionada en el formulario de registro debe coincidir con la dirección en la prueba de residencia.
  • Los árboles se distribuirán por orden de llegada. Si bien el registro ahorra tiempo significativo, no garantiza árboles o preferencias de árboles cuando se agoten los suministros.
  • Se permite un máximo de un (1) árbol o arbusto por propiedad. Animamos a los residentes a asistir a las entregas en su distrito.
