Tamil Catholics Association of America - Tristate is a Tamil Catholic Association connects Tamil Catholics living in NJ, NY & PA area. Many Tamil Catholic Associations across the North America is joining this competition.

Topic:  Lessons I learn from Saint Devasahayam life

1. Everyone living in USA & Canada is welcome to participate in the competitions
2.    One participant can submit only one video entry for one category of competition
3.    Participants can participate in both language elocution competitions, but only one entry per competition.
4.    Participants shouldn't use competition entry videos for any other purpose or upload in any social media
5. For each competition category, separate registration needs done, and separate videos to be recorded and submitted.
6.    All Videos should be recorded horizontally, landscape mode for telecasting.
7. Each video entry should be within 3 minutes length.
8. Every participant should self introduce at the beginning of the video.
9. Speech Video should be recorded as one single video and no editing or inserting any background music allowed
10. Video should be recorded horizontally, with medium shot frame. Speaker needs to stand and speak, video frame upto waist,
       of the speaker should be visible in recording
11.  Video should have clear lighting, avoid shake, external noises and audio disturbance
12. Since competition entries will be telecasted on Tamil America TV  Facebook & YouTube Channels, please avoid using any
       copy righted music or any kind of background music. Video entries with copy righted music posted on Tamil America TV social media channels may be
      removed automatically.
13. Last date to register for St Devasahayam Canonization Special Elocution Competition is May  28th 2022

15. Competition videos will be telecasted on Tamil America TV  and also posted on Tamil America TV's YouTube & Facebook
        pages, and winners will be decided by Tamil America TV and a Competition Judges panel.
16.  Winners will be announced  on Tamil America TV
17. All the participants will be awarded with Digital Participation Certificate.  

1. By participating in this Competition, each participant understands and agrees that Tamil America TV and Organizers assumes absolutely no responsibility including but not limited to any damage or injury or loss of any kind/form due to  submission of videos, the use of  video contents by organizers or any unforeseen loss by participating in the competitions and celebrations.
2. Participants also understand and agree, Tamil America TV  and Competition organizers have the right to make any modifications in the competition rules or/and modify or cancel any competition any time without any notification.
3. Each participant is responsible for the visual content shared on the competition videos. Tamil America TV and Competition Organizers will not be responsible for any copy right violations by videos submitted by participants.
4. By participating in the competition, the participant gives complete consent and right to Tamil America TV and its producers to live-cast, post, edit and publish the videos on Tamil America TV and its partner’s  channels including but not limited to Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, Twitter,  LinkedIn, Tumbler, Google page etc.
5. All the video entries submitted for competitions will be property of Tamil America TV and Tamil America TV will re-telecast or repost the videos submitted for competition and reuse as required for Tamil America’s other programs and promotions.
6. By participating in this Competition, each participant also wave, discharge claims and release from any liability Tamil America & its organizers. Each participant understands and agrees that Tamil America TV  is not responsible for any damage or loss happens in anyway by participating in these competitions and participant agrees to hold Tamil America TV & its organizers harmless.
