In addition to completing and submitting this form, you must also submit a transcript of your grades for seven semesters. The principal's recommendation can be collected by the guidance counselor.The counselor will deliver those documents to the selection committee.

RENEWAL APPLICANTS DO NOT NEED A PRINCIPAL'S RECOMMENDATION BUT MUST SUBMIT A TRANSCRIPT THAT INCLUDES THE FALL 2019 SEMESTER. It may be submitted via email: reddevilscholarship@gmail.com.
