Yelala Spring Retreat 2026: Form 1

The date of the retreat will be lunchtime of 24 April until lunchtime on the 26 April 2026.  Please check that you can make those dates, before signing the form. 
This form doesn't guarantee your place - once we have received it we will check there's room for you and then will send you Form 2 which will confirm that you'll have a place with us.
