The GLAM Program is a comprehensive initiative designed to empower young Black girls aged 12-16 through a holistic approach to development, leadership cultivation, and community engagement. The program's core pillars focus on fostering resilience, self-confidence, and social impact among participants. Through various interactive workshops, mentorship opportunities, community projects, and skill-building activities, girls have the tools, knowledge, and support to navigate challenges, pursue their dreams, and make a positive difference in their communities. With a strong emphasis on financial literacy, entrepreneurship, mental wellness, and healthy relationships, the GLAM Program aims to nurture a generation of empowered, resilient leaders prepared to thrive personally, academically, and socially.
