Transportation - many seniors in our community can no longer drive and need our help to get to doctors appts.

Cleaning - sometimes disabled folks and seniors can no longer keep up with cleaning

Yard Work - one-time projects like trimming a tree, seeding for new grass, mowing, etc.

Moving - packing, organizing or both. Helping someone who cannot afford a mover

Friendly Visitor - sometimes disabled are lonely and would love to have someone visit them

Grocery Shopping - taking someone who cannot drive to the grocery store, or grocery shopping for them

Laundry - sometimes disabled folks and seniors can no longer do their laundry and need assistance

Respite (non-medical/no personal care) - visiting with someone so that their caregiver gets some downtime.

Repairs (minor repairs): Car, HVAC filters, carpentry, electrical, plumbing

Meals - prepping meals for freezing onsite at senior's home or for a specific meal

Budget Coaching (training provided) -serving as a budget with someone who is struggling to pay bills

Mentoring (training provided) - serving as a mentor with someone who is struggling

Post-Dated Food - help sort, deliver, or deal with getting grocery store post-dated food into the hands of people who need free food.
