2021-22 RRISD Council of PTAs DESIGNATION OF VOTING DELEGATES
In compliance with RRISD Council of PTA’s Bylaws, Article VII.Section 7.C, which reads: “Delegate meetings of this Council PTA shall be open to the members of all Local PTAs holding membership in the Council PTA, but the PRIVILEGE of introducing motions and voting shall be limited to the voting body as outlined in Article VII.”

Names of delegates and alternates from each Local PTA in membership with Council PTA shall be filed with the Council PTA Secretary before the first Council Delegate PTA Meeting.  ( Sept 23, 2021 ) Only those with names submitted to the Council before the first meeting are eligible to participate in the business. Delegates and alternates reported after the first delegate meeting will be allowed to participate moving forward. Delegate or alternate changes or those added from newly joined Local PTAs shall be submitted in writing prior to the next delegate meeting
