As our initiative to "pay it forward" and give back to our community, the Cafe @ Emery Farm will be donating 10% of our Cafe Sales (Beverages, Donuts, Baked Goods, and Sandwiches) each Friday to charities nominated by you!
Please understand our Forward Friday initiative is intended for local non-profits and in-need charities only; we will occasionally make exceptions to organizations whose benefit contributes to our community.
Complete the form below with accurate & up-to-date information (to the best of your ability) so we are able to best reach out to the organization/charity and schedule their featured Forward Friday.
Our Forward Friday's are featured periodically throughout the year; once we make a decision on featuring your organization, we will be in touch via the listed contact e-mail to confirm more information.
