Kinected Communities Network: WRTP | BIG STEP Introduction

Date/Time: Monday, September 22, 9:00 am – 11:00 am 

Description: Join us for an introduction to WRTP | BIG STEP, construction and manufacturing.  We will create fun projects using LEGO(r) bricks to bring construction concepts to life! Students, parents, and community members are all welcome!

About WRTP | BIG STEP: WRTP | BIG STEP is a nonprofit workforce intermediary that prepares people—especially women, youth, and underrepresented workers—for high-quality careers through pre-apprenticeship and apprenticeship readiness in construction and manufacturing. We work closely with Wisconsin’s building trades and unions (including Operating Engineers Local 139) to help candidates succeed in union apprenticeship pathways and connect with training centers and employers.
