Google Additional Services Opt-Out Form

Starting in March 2025, Google requires parental consent for students under 18 to access Google Additional Services (such as YouTube, Google Earth, and Blogger).

By completing this form, you are choosing to opt out and restrict your child’s access to these services. Core Google services (like Classroom, Gmail, and Drive) will still be available. 

If you do not choose to opt out, no additional action is required to confirm consent for use of appropriate Additional Google Services

If you have multiple children, please submit a separate form for each student.
