Below is Lindsay's School-Family Compact Form. This Compact outlines our expectations for all students, parents, and staff members.

You only need to fill out one form for all of your students. If you have any questions, please contact Ms. Miller at 217-546-0200 (EXT: 192) or send her an email: jmiller2@sps186.org

By completing and submitting this compact, you are confirming that you and your student have gone over this compact together and agree to our school-wide learning expectations. Your participation in this compact helps Vachel Lindsay continue to receive funding to support learning for our students.
