The Broadband Development Group (BDG) was selected to create a broadband master plan for the state of Arkansas.  To obtain as much feedback as possible from stakeholders across the state, BDG plans to hold town hall meetings in every county.  They are interested in partnering with libraries to host town halls and in working with libraries to help spread the word about the project.
