Pam Owens Fitness - Golf Fitness Questionnaire
I'm looking for 12 athletes looking to POWER UP and get lean and strong with my TPI GOLF FITNESS WORKOUT PHASES, i.e., transform their body to play better golf or other sport/activity with less pain and limitations and are willing to invest in their fitness and/or nutrition. If this is you please fill out the form below and all eligible applicants will be contacted by phone. In order to get the best coaching experience limit is first 12 qualified athletes.
(This is not a rehabilitation program. This is a performance improvement, body improvement program for cardiovascular health, mobility, strength, balance, speed and power.)
