Wings, Water, Wheels 2021 - Exhibitor Registration
Wings, Water, Wheels is a Touch-a-Truck style event designed to bring attendees up close and personal with the businesses--and the equipment--that keep the Lakes Region running! As sponsors of the event, WinnAero hopes to also bring awareness to the variety of aerospace industries in the area, and promote aerospace education through their ACE Academy summer camps for students in Grades 3-12.  This event will be advertised in area newspapers during April and May, as well as being promoted on radio and with posters throughout the area.

Vehicle option
There is no charge to display a vehicle or vehicles on the tarmac for this event. Please plan to deliver your vehicle between 8:00am and 9:00am on Saturday May 15, 2021.

Table option
There is no charge to have an information table on the lawn between the parking lot and tarmac for this event.  Tables should be "manned" continuously during the event. We recommend having promotional material and/or brochures to give to attendees. One 6' table with 2 folding chairs will be provided.

Corporate Sponsorships are available for this event!
Gold - $500 - Vinyl banner created & displayed at the event; 12 months of advertising on our website; 12 months of advertising in our printed newsletters
Silver - $250 - Vinyl banner created & displayed at the event; 3 months of advertising on our website; 3 months of advertising in our printed newsletters
Bronze - $175 - Vinyl banner created & displayed at the event
Granite - $100 - Vinyl banner displayed at the event

Corporate vinyl banners will be hung on the fence line that separates the lawn from the tarmac.  Banners will be visible to ALL visitors for the entire event.

-Granite Sponsor - a WinnAero representative will contact you to collect your banner during the week preceding the event, hang it for the event, and then return it to you during the week following the event.  

-Bronze Sponsor -  Don Morrissey, WinnAero treasurer, will contact you for a high resolution copy of your logo and any other information to display on your banner. He will return the banner to you the week following the event.

-Gold or Silver sponsor -  Don Morrissey, WinnAero treasurer, will contact you to collect your artwork for use on the website & newsletters
