Street Lab Volunteer Sign-up

Street Lab Mentoring is a mentorship program between student mentors in the United States and students in Lesotho. Basotho students will be senior year high school students or recent high school graduates. To volunteer, you must meet several qualifications:

1) You must be currently enrolled either part-time or full-time at a 2 year college or 4 year university within the United States of America.
2) You must have access to a computer with an internet connection, a webcam, and Skype.
3) You must be willing to be a personal mentor for a Basotho student, meeting via the internet at least once a month.
4) You must be willing to follow established guidelines and include certain topics in your discussions/mentoring.

Mentoring is a great way to meet new people, develop new friendships, and make a difference in the life of someone else. Street Lab is committed to giving Basotho youth better opportunities for further education. Street Lab also hopes to facilitate communication between our continents on topics of education, culture, entertainment, and other topics of mutual interest.
