Dress code for volunteers is as follows:
Pre-event: come as you are!
During event: please follow the dress code for the event, if you are a table service volunteer black is highly recommended. Kitchen volunteers may dress for a hot kitchen environment. Aprons provided.
Post-event: come as you are!

Errands and Running
You're not a tribble, you're a gopher - that is go-for picking up those last-minute or perishable items, last-minute needs, and other errand running. We will contact you for availability - anytime Tuesday through Saturday.

Event Set-Up Wednesday
Event set-up on Wednesday largely focuses on the gym as we get ready to beam folks aboard. Stage set-up, moving tables and chairs, large item moving and set-up. This work happens from 8:30am to 4pm on Wednesday.

Kitchen Set-Up - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
This includes loading boxes of dishes and silverware from our storage area to the school kitchen and washing more dishes than your parents ever dreamed of making you wash to get our event ready to go with squeaky-clean plates and glasses. Evening work Wednesday, Thursday, and sometimes Friday.

Event Set-Up Thursday
Event set-up on Thursday starts at the beginning of the school day (8:30am) and continues after school and into the evening and includes moving furniture, setting up tables and chairs, putting out table linens, moving hallway furniture, decorations, silent and live item set-up and more.

Event Set-Up Friday
Event set-up on Friday includes working with decorations, table setting, Live and Silent item set-up and operates from 8am through the evening on Friday. Please note that there is no school on Friday and childcare is not available.

Bank Assistance
Bank assistants process receipts, help with mobile bidding, provide assistance during the live auction for entering sales as they occur, and help guests check-out and pick-up items at the end of the night. If you want to do bank-running, technical assistance, bidding assistance, or customer service, this is the opportunity for you! Bank volunteers are needed from 4pm to 10pm on Saturday night

Bartenders and Bar-back Assistants
Bartenders and assistants keep the beer and wine flowing in our room from 4pm to 11pm on Saturday night, with earlier arrival to set up the bar. Experience with keg use and a wine bottle opener desired! Keg stands unlikely.

DOUBLE HOURS - Table Service
Table service volunteers the night of the auction receive double hours for time worked from 5pm to 9pm. Table service includes passing plates to seated guests, removing dishes from the table, light table busing, and other standard table-service duties. This is on-your-feet in a crowded room work, so we provide double hours!

DOUBLE HOURS - Saturday Kitchen Work
Kitchen work the night of the auction begins once dinner starts at 7pm and processes and cleans all incoming dishes from the dining room; table service volunteers bus to the kitchen and kitchen volunteers handle running the industrial dishwasher and kitchen clean-up. Typically wraps around 11pm to midnight.

Saturday Night - Event Security
Walking the grounds, including the open playground where guests park vehicles and keeping an eye on the campus. 4pm to 11pm night-of the event.

DOUBLE HOURS - Sunday Morning Clean Up
There's nothing a little morning sunshine can't fix after REACH - come get double hours from 8am until the work is done to clear the room, clean the tables, move furniture and get everything in working order for our students to be back in clean and familiar environments for Monday morning. Some final kitchen work happens during this time as well. Work typically wraps by 1pm on Sunday, come for as many hours as you can give.
