TO ENROLL A CAMPER → Submit Registration Form & Complete Payment by the defined deadline.  

Following submission of this form, plan to receive your Onboarding Email that includes:  

✅ Confirmation of Camper Sign Up

✅ Your INVOICE & PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

✅ A link to complete the Medical Info Form.

After reviewing your INVOICE, please submit your payment no later than the defined deadline by following the payment instructions provided in your Onboarding Email. Within 3-5 Business Days of Full Payment Processing, you will receive your official Reservation Confirmation Email that includes :

Accepted Forms of Payment : ZELLE or CHECK
Your reservation will only be finalized once full payment has been received and processed. Submission of this registration form will only temporarily hold your camper’s spot. Please complete your tuition purchase promptly upon receiving tuition invoice email. If your ZELLE or CHECK payment is NOT received prior to the promotional deadline or within 10 business days of receiving your Onboarding Email & Invoice, your spot will be released. If you would like to check in on your payment status, feel free to reach out via email for an update. 

Enrollment Policy : 1st REGISTERED ~ 1st PAID
Processed full payment is required to finalize registration and secure confirmation of your camper reservation for the Winnipesaukee Boys Lacrosse Camp 2026 Session from Friday August 21st  - Tuesday August 25th. Once capacity is reached, a waitlist option will be established. 

Early Bird & Promotional Rate Terms : Discounted Offer(s) Conclude upon the Posted Promotional Deadline Dates. WINNICAMPS offers select Early Bird and Discounted Standard Promotional Rates for a limited time only. These discounted offers conclude on the posted end dates and are strictly time-bound. To secure a promotional rate, registration and full payment must be completed by the published deadline. All rates are confirmed only through an emailed invoice. Promotional rates and discounts cannot be applied retroactively or adjusted after the promotional period has expired. If payment is not received by the published deadline, the promotional rate will automatically lapse, and the held registration spot may be released or offered at the next published rate to families on the waitlist or in queue. 

Families w/ Multiple Campers : PLEASE SUBMIT SEPARATE REGISTRATIONS Please submit an individual registration for each camper. You may plan on a combined camper tuition reflected in your Onboarding Email / Invoice; however, for our records, submission of a separate Registration per Camper and later separate Medical Forms are required for the registration process.
