CUSTOMER REVIEW DEADLINE:
You have 7 days within the completion of the design to make any changes. Any errors in terms of coloring that was supposed to be colored and missed on my behalf may be corrected after 7 days. Changing whole elements like tail numbers, vehicle colors and numbers, striping, or any other asset that is part of the vehicle/aircraft can only be done within the 7-day period. A customer review timer will be posted to the home page of LT38gaming.com.
GOOGLE DRIVE ACCESS/RETRIEVING YOUR COMMISSION:
To receive your order you will receive an email to a Google Drive Folder. This folder will be open for a 14-day period. You may share the link with anyone you want during that time. While I will save backups to my own hard drive, the Google Drive folder will delete after 14 days of the delivery which will run consecutively with the Customer Review timer. If you misplace it or delete it, you will have to email me to request additional copy if you did not opt for the commission to be shared on a Third Party Website (Flightsim.to, Simviation.com).
LT 38 GAMING PUBLIC SHARING BY REQUEST ONLY: If you would like me to share the item, I will do so by request only. Any commission work shared you will receive a thank you credit on the item posted. While you may post it yourself to any site at any cost, I will only share them as free.
-MSFS items can be shared for free publicly through Flightsim.to or Simviation.com. Hyperlinks to download may be posted to: https://www.lt38gaming.com/gamesprojects/flight-simulator
-Into the Flames items will have an imgur direct image link and will be shared at LT38gaming.com
MSFS2020/2024 DISCLAIMER:
While most aircraft liveries work flawlessly with MSFS2020, with MSFS2024 under ongoing updates. There is a chance that they may not work with 2024. I will do my best to assist you with software updates to ensure that they work to the best of my ability. But as a livery designer, I can NOT guarantee that they will work with MSFS2024.
RETURNS/REFUNDS POLICY: ALL SALES ARE FINAL AT TIME OF DELIVERY.Due to the digital nature of the product, and unable to prevent you from making copies or uploading to your own Google Drive, and I can't just take back a digital product, you can request a cancellation and refund prior to delivery of digital assets. You may request a refund or cancellation of commissioned work for a full refund as long as your request was made prior to me sending digital assets, email timestamp may be requested.
