The Emerging Voices Fellowship (EVF) by Policy Alert is a flagship capacity building initiative empowering early-career changemakers, civic activists, and community leaders across South-South Nigeria. EVF bridges grassroots community action with high level policy influence across fiscal transparency, natural resource governance, social justice, and climate action.

 Policy Alert is deeply committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Women, young people, and Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) are strongly encouraged to apply.
