The Synagogue Vegan Challenge - Cohort 3 Application
The goal of the Synagogue Vegan Challenge is simple: Experiment with your community having regular vegan programming for a year! This adventure is easy, spiritually uplifting, & delicious. ive synagogues are chosen each year and are given a grant for implementation of vegan food and education centered around food-justice. Throughout the year, the selected synagogues serve plant-based meals, whether it's at kiddush, bar and bat mitzvots, Shabbat, or any life-cycle event and provide educational opportunities for their community.

If your synagogue is chosen, you are committing to carrying out at last one monthly vegan event for 12 consecutive months, submitting quarterly reports on your events, and attending monthly group learning calls with other SVC applicants.

Applications close May 15th, selected synagogues will be contacted early June.
