AFT 1493 Negotiation Session Observer Sign-up 2025
Note: Each negotiation session is usually 3-4 hours long. AFT recommends staying for an entire session to get a better sense of the process and to provide your input during caucus. 

The main Zoom link for the session with the District will be provided prior to the bargaining session. 
RULES: Observers CANNOT speak during the negotiation session but at each negotiation we leave the session with the District to caucus only as an AFT team. We look forward to hearing your thoughts in the caucus.
