Shanti Project Session #1 11.4.20
Charter Arts is partnering with the Shanti Project to provide two sessions on Mindfulness for Caregivers. Each Shanti Project session will be 60 minutes in length.  Mindfulness increases focus, builds resilience, and strengthens our ability to respond rather than automatically react to our environment. In this training, we’ll explore simple mindfulness concepts and strategies for coping with stress and connecting with ourselves and others.  Here are the session dates and times:

 1. Wednesday, November 4th (6:00pm) - Mindfulness for Caregivers Session 1

 2. Wednesday, November 18th (6:00pm) - Mindfulness for Caregivers Session 2
