Thank you for using our online system in reporting a DISMISSAL CHANGE for TODAY.

This form MUST be submitted by 12:30pm, otherwise please call our main office at 908-735-7916 - press 5.  We appreciate every effort to minimize schedule changes during the school day. 
 
                          (*IF* today is an Early Dismissal Day = changes are needed by 10:45am)

Picking your child up early? Please do so before 3:00 pm (*by12:50 pm on Early Dismissal Days) and report to the main office to sign your child out of school.

This form is to be completed for a change in dismissal for TODAY ONLY.  

 (*For any multiple day dismissal changes, please send in a written note with your child or please call the main office at the number above)
