The Elmer Buchta Technology Center is considering partnering with Ivy Tech Community 
College Evansville to provide skills training to help upskill and reskill individuals in Pike County. 

These programs may include Adult Education to help individuals earn their High School Equivalency Diploma (HSE); English Language Learner classes to build literacy proficiency for non-English speakers; a Leadership Lunch & Learn series designed to help current and aspiring leaders build confidence and develop critical competencies; and Employability Soft Skills training to develop critical workplace competencies.
