เรื่องบริการโปรแกรม iThenticate เนื่องจากปัญหาทางด้านเทคนิคในการนำเข้าข้อมูลผู้ใช้บริการรายใหม่ (Add New User) ของโปรแกรม iThenticate จึงไม่สามารถดำเนินการนำเข้าข้อมูลเพื่อเปิดสิทธิใช้งานได้ในขณะนี้ หากท่านต้องการตรวจสอบผลงานสามารถส่งผลงานได้ที่ https://link.psu.th/KGx3ak เพื่อทางสำนักทรัพยากรการเรียนรู้คุณหญิงหลงฯ ดำเนินการตรวจสอบให้

ทั้งนี้เมื่อโปรแกรมสามารถนำเข้าข้อมูลผู้ใช้บริการได้ปกติ เจ้าหน้าที่จะดำเนินการเพิ่มสิทธิการใช้งานให้แก่ท่านตามที่ท่านได้ลงทะเบียนไว้
