It takes a village of people to run the Angelica Cantanti Youth Choirs. Parents and adult helpers are crucial to the success of our organization. There are many ways to help. If you click on something below we will follow up at a later time with more information. THANK YOU!!

What areas can you help volunteer:

Parent help at weekly rehearsals.

Substitute accompanist (and/or do you know anyone else that could sub if needed?)

Help set up chairs and set the room 30 minutes before rehearsal

Help take down chairs and unset the room after rehearsal

Parent help at concerts and performances

Provide ALTERATIONS for formal performance attire. Do you know someone that does this?

Mentor a new singer or new ACYC family

Write thank you notes to donors (for older singers or help your younger singer)

Help to secure items, solicit businesses for our Silent Auction event in February

Usher help at concerts - hold basket and collect free will offering & donations at performances

Drive and pick up supplies for the choir office as needed

Help with publicity

Write press releases

Graphic artist or design help for small projects to promote our concerts

Help distribute GERTENS plants at our fundraiser pick up

Photography

Help to sort, prepare & stuff music folders

Help to pick up food and/or serve meals to singers if needed

Help with transportation if needed with other singers in your choir

Ask businesses to advertise in our concert programs

Donate water bottles or food if needed
