You are invited to fill out the following wish list as an actively participating program family in the Power Project.
Wish List Instructions- Please complete and submit one form per member of your household, including adults who would like to opt in. (ex. if there are 5 people living in your house, you should fill-out and submit this form 5 times).
- Once we receive submitted wish lists for all members of your household, we will reach out with any questions we may have. It is important that you remain open to this communication, so we can make sure you list most accurately represents your interests/needs.
- Your household's wish list items will be ready for pick-up during the week of December 16th. More detailed instructions for this pick-up will be sent in late November.
- Issues regarding the wish list should be communicated directly to Anika Poole, at anika@stfranciscenter.org

Please keep in mind, the more detail you add to your items/requests, the more options donors will have to work with.
