ABOUT ALA FASHION SHOW
Anime Los Angeles (ALA) Fashion Show is an industry standard style fashion show run by fans for the fans. ALA Fashion Show is an official event at Anime Los Angeles, a non-profit organization. Our team is staffed by ALA staffers with over 8 years of experience in the professional LA fashion industry. Our goal is to promote Anime, game and fantasy inspired fashion.

LOCATION AND DATE
ALA will be held on January 25th-28th 2018 at the Ontario Convention Center in Southern California. The fashion show will be on Day 2 January 26th, 2018

WHAT WE PROVIDE
Models, Make-up Artists, and Hair Stylists will be booked by our team. Designers/Brands will have the opportunity to select their models from photos. Models will be booked through agencies, selected from online submissions, and selected through castings. Designers/Brands may also bring their own models with approval from our team.

All official and approved participants in the fashion show, including the designer/brand representative and two assistants, will receive a complimentary badge to Anime Los Angeles.

DESIGNER RESPONSIBLITIES
It is free to participate in the show as in there are no fees. Designers/brands are responsible to bring at least 8 looks to show on the runway. Please note that there is absolutely no nudity allowed on the runway. Designers/brands must also be prepared to provide logos and music for the day of the show.

Designers who wish to participate in the Fashion Show Boutique must commit to arriving on time, setting up and commit to having the booth for Friday-Sunday of the convention. The booth is free for all participating designer and will have it's own section in the artist alley.

There will be opportunities to promote yourself before and after the show. Please note that you are responsible for any promotional costs such printing postcards and/or flyers (which are all completely optional).

APPLICATION DEADLINE
Submitting this application DOES NOT guarantee you a spot in the show. Our team will review your application, and determine whether or not your brand or line is appropriate for the ALA Fashion Show. In general, designer slots are first come first serve. After the first 8 slots are filled, additional designers will be waitlisted.

DEADLINE to submit this application is October 20, 2017. We cannot guarantee that your application will be reviewed after October 20, 2017.
