Senator Survey for the 2020-2021 School Year
The Washington-Nile Local School District is seeking input from our parents regarding the re-opening of school in the fall. Your feedback is critical.
Please complete a separate survey for each grade level your child or children represent. For example, if you have a child in 3rd and 7th grade, please complete the survey for each child. This is essential to our planning as school could be structured differently based on the building your child attends.
What grade will your child enter in the fall of 2020? Please complete a separate survey for each child.
1st or 2nd Grade
3rd or 4th Grade
5th or 6th Grade
7th or 8th Grade
