Deadline to apply is June 1, 2025 or before.
By submitting the following application, food vendors agree to the following:
- Follow the hours of operation set by the 4th of July Committee.
- Abide by the rules and regulations of the Alderson 4th of July Committee.
- In no way hold the Alderson 4th of July Committee, the Festival Committee, the Town of Alderson, Alderson Volunteer Fire Department, Tri-County Volunteer Fire Company or any other person or persons involved responsible for any injuries, damages or loss of your property.
- Maintain the area of your stand and keep it clean as possible.
- You will need to have the Fire Marshal Inspection, Greenbrier County Health Department Inspection and a copy of all food handlers permits.
Once your stand is approved for space by the committee on June 2, 2025, you will be contacted via email. If selected, you must obtain the 4th of July Food Vendor Permit ($300.00) from City Hall before June 25, 2025.
Craft vendor pricing is the following: 10ft. wide - $50, 20 ft. wide - $100, 30 ft. wide - $150 (These do not require inspections unless under special circumstances)(Craft vendors please fill out the form below and you will be contacted by Greg Eary after selection)
