ISPA 2020 Award Nominations
Please use this form to nominate a professional in your school, district or organization For recognition by the Idaho School Psychology Association (ISPA) at our annual conference in October 2020.

All forms must be submitted by September 30, 2020 for the nominee to be considered.

Feel free to attach additional letters or statements in support of your nomination.

Lifetime Achievement Award:   The purpose of the Lifetime Achievement Award is to identify and recognize an outstanding school psychologist who has had state level impact on the field of school psychology and who has dedicated his or her professional life to the development and betterment of school psychology.

Distinguished Service Award:   The purpose of the Distinguished Service Award is to identify and recognize an outstanding school psychologist noted for his or her ongoing history of exceptional service to the profession of school psychology.

School Psychologist of the Year Award:   The purpose of the School Psychologist of the Year Award is to identify and recognize an outstanding school psychologist that has made noteworthy contributions to the profession of school psychology and to promote public awareness of the profession.

Community Service Award:   The purpose of the Community Service Award is to identify and recognize a school psychologist who has been an outstanding advocate for children and their families.

Friend of School Psychology:   The purpose of the Friend of School Psychology Award is to identify and recognize a non-school psychologist who has advanced the practice of school psychology by working collaboratively with ISPA in implementing change, make resources available, and/or improving the practice of school psychology.
