This is a romance, erotica and adult play things vendor event. If you aren't into that please move on. 

We are all inclusive and there is no shame in our kink. 

We are hoping to do two of these events around SW Ontario each year. Different Cities!

Sharing an author table? That is ok, there is no additional fee. However, only two authors per table. If you need space for three or four authors, you will need to get two tables. 

Important things to note. We do not have a door charge, however, we are selling VIP Tickets. We are hoping to sell about 200 of these. The VIP pass will allow VIP's through the doors 1 hour early AND get a swag bag. 

We are going to be promoting the first hour as an exclusive shopping, signing and snack event. There will be coffee, tea and some snacks for you and the guests to have during the first hour. This happens at 10AM until 11AM.

After the first hour the doors will open to the general public :)

TABLES ARE INCLUDED ALONG WITH TWO CHAIRS. 

Parking - Free Parking - Move your cars to further out before it starts

Cost: 

  • Interior Space* 8 Foot Table = $150 + HST
  • Wall Space* 8 Foot Table available against the wall. Access to electricity = $185 + HST
Sponsorship details will be made available shortly, they will be similar to 2025.

We are considering adding a dinner at the end of the event for an additional cost. This would include a meet and greet with some fans and a buffet dinner. Still deciding if this makes sense. 

We are also looking at getting a block of hotel rooms if anyone needs them.


FOOD VENDORS - You will be required to provide the city with your certificates and insurance details.

For those along the wall, we encourage you to bring yourself an extension cord and be kind to your neighbors if they need to share. No cords in the walkways.

As this is location has limited spaces we will be sending out 'acceptance emails' as the come in along with the square invoice. To guarantee your spot, please pay within 7 days. Need a payment plan, let us know.

We reserve the right to accept or decline application as we see fit. 

Covid Safety Protocols- Masking is now optional but strongly suggested for the comfort of customers attending the event. Stay home if you are sick with even mild cold symptoms. 


Advertising- we will be putting to budget into paid Facebook and regional advertising to ensure this event is a success. That being said, you as a guest should also promote wherever and whenever possible.  

In the event that we have to adjust this date due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, and you are not able to attend the new date, you will be refunded the full amount minus a $10 Administration fee.

REFUND POLICY: If you need to cancel your table outside of a week prior to the event, you will be reimbursed your table in full minus $10 in administration fee.

If you have to cancel your table within 30 days of the event starting, no refund is offered. Please consider finding another person to take your spot and let us know.

In the event that we have to adjust this date due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, and you are not able to attend the new date, you will be refunded the full amount.
