SA Supra Historic Registration
Please complete the form below so that we can process your historic registration application. This will need to be completed for each vehicle you intend to put on the scheme.
After you have completed this form you will by contacted by the person assigned to your application. Any initial questions please contact the Club's Facebook page or via email: historic@sasupra.com.au

After your application has been received you will receive a confirmation email.
Once you have completed the required forms please attend an event or meeting and complete an MR334 form with a club historic registration representative. Bring the required documentation described in the online form, the club representative will provide the MR334 form its self.

MR334 Form/Logbook Collection *
How would you like to collect your MR334 form and logbook? Note that logbooks can only be issued after the vehicle has been registered with Service SA on the Historic Registration Scheme. Please ensure you bring proof of registration showing the vehicle is registered under the conditional scheme.
