Im Rahmen der "Internationalen Wochen gegen Rassismus" bietet wir von Göttingen Postkolonial drei kolonialkritische Stadtrundgänge an.

Spuren des Kolonialismus und deren Wirkungen heute sind im Stadtbild meist nicht auf den ersten Blick zu finden. Für einen rassismuskritischen Umgang mit Geschichte ist es jedoch zentral, die Spuren kolonialer Herrschaft aufzuzeigen. Wir möchten daher dazu einladen, Göttingen durch die „post- und dekoloniale Brille“ (neu) kennenzulernen.

As part of the “International Weeks Against Racism", we at Göttingen Postkolonial are offering three city tours that take a critical look at colonialism.

Traces of colonialism and its effects today are usually not visible at first glance in the cityscape. However, it is essential for a critical approach to history to highlight the traces of colonial rule. We would therefore like to invite you to (re)discover Göttingen through a “post- and decolonial lens.”
