Association By-Laws (Article X, Sec. 2b -Use and Occupancy) states that each unit is to be occupied as a "single family" residence.
  • "Single Family" shall mean single or dual parents living with children. 
  • A married child with children living with parent(s) or two married couples living in a unit constitutes two (2) families.
  • A single family or a single individual is allowed one (1) other individual (related or unrelated) to reside in the unit.
Note: No condo owner or tenant shall be allowed to construct and/or sublet an additional separate rental apartment within the confines of the condo unit

I understand that I must receive prior approval from the HOA Management Committee before installing any communication system in the unit. (Cable, satellite, telephone, internet, etc.) and that any such installation effecting the exterior common areas (lawns, sprinkler systems, existing electrical or water lines, fences and walls, etc.) that are damaged during such installation will result in the cost for repairs billed directly to and paid for by the condo owner and/or tenant. *
