If you think you will qualify for the State Seal of Biliteracy by the time you graduate, please complete & submit this form. To qualify for the seal, graduates must have achieved a high level of literacy and fluency in one or more language(s) in addition to English. The California Department of Education lists the criteria at https://www.cde.ca.gov/sp/el/er/sealofbiliteracy.asp.
