Schedule Change Request/Schedule Questions 2023-2024 (Semester 1)
For all schedule change requests and/or questions, please fill out this form. 

Albert Einstein Academies Charter Middle School creates student schedules with careful consideration to many factors such as student's needs, class sizes, etc. In order to provide consistency for parents, students, and teachers, schedule changes will be kept to a minimum. Before making a request, please review the information below.
  • Schedule changes are subject to class availability. Since some changes require the shifting of other classes, it may not be possible to grant the request due to conflicts and/or class size. 
  • Schedule change requests are not guaranteed. We will accommodate as best as we can. 
  • Students will follow the schedule they have been given until notified by the School Counselor or Assistant Principal that a change has been made.
  • Allow 5-7 days to receive a response.
  • After September 1, there will be no more changes made to schedules.
