Fired Up Chili Cook-Off Registration

Thank you for your interest in participating in our First Annual Fired Up Chili Cook-Off.

There is a $25 entry fee for individuals and teams, the entry form with payment needs to be received no later than September 21, 2018. The chili will not be made on site, as there is no electricity available. Each team will also need to provide their own 6’ table and 10’ x 10’ tent and be properly secured. (if you want to be shaded) You will need to be completely set up by 3:30 pm and all personal vehicles removed from the area by that time. We will be letting attendees enter the area for tasting and judging promptly at 4pm. We will be providing tasting cups and spoons for your chili tasting, and be given to the judges (attendees) at the tasting entry table.

There are four categories for potential award:

First Place in Each Category – NM Red, NM Green, Texas Style
Best Tasting Overall in Show
Spiciest Overall in Show

The judges will be Fired Up Attendees. Winners in the three categories and Best Tasting Overall will receive a custom made metal trophy showing the world that they have the best chili in Tucumcari.
