About this form:
This form is the official application portal for SySTEAM's volunteer reviewer program (VRP). This is a unified form that allows you to sign up for all of SySTEAM's volunteer peer review opportunities. Descriptive/explanatory text is included throughout the form to help guide you through the questions and the sign-up process. The form is expected to take around 5-10 minutes to complete (though you're of course welcome to take as much or little time as you need!)

SySTEAM mini-conference abstract review
The SySTEAM mini-conference is a free, online conference-style event on systems competency development/interdisciplinary STEM & STEAM education, held every 2 years.
  • Double-blind review process during the submission evaluation period (~6 weeks before the  summer mini-conference). 
  • Feedback used to inform acceptance/selection decisions for the mini-conference program
  • Anyone can apply! Educators & interdisciplinary professionals are especially encouraged
SEBoK article review
The SEBoK (sebokwiki.org) is a free, online, systems engineering reference source with an international audience of industry professionals, students, and educators alike. 
  • SySTEAM is coordinating with SEBoK to match interested volunteers with SEBoK articles identified for editorial revision/updating
  • Multiple kinds of reviews needed: technical accuracy, readability/clarity, proofreading
  • Non-expert perspectives (learners & non-specialists) are particularly appreciated for readability feedback
