Experiences of Disabled *NHL Fans
Hi there!

This survey was created by two disabled women, who are passionate about hockey and its future relationship with the disabled community. We are aiming to improve the level of accessibility and meaningful inclusivity within the NHL.

With this survey, we hope to engage with other disabled NHL fans in order to better understand the accessibility challenges that are experienced across the clubs.

This survey is completely anonymous, so other than your answers, we will not be collecting or sharing your personal information unless given explicit consent at the end of the survey.

We appreciate your time and responses! Thank you!

*DISCLAIMER: This survey is not directly affiliated with the National Hockey League or any professional sports organization, or an official data collection agency. This is for personal and internal use only. We are two individuals who are looking to connect with the disabled community of NHL fans, to see if there are similarities or differences in our experiences.*
