Originality reports beta sign-up
Originality reports are a learning tool that helps students and instructors review and analyze their work to make sure it is properly cited and to avoid unintentional plagiarism. Originality reports can be used through Classroom or Assignments.

Google is launching two betas for originality reports: school matches and internationalization.

School matches: Originality reports currently scan for matches anywhere on the web through the power of Google Search. In this beta, the product is expanding to support detection of matches with past student submissions within a school's domain. Schools will have their own private repository of past student submissions, so instructors can receive originality reports that include student-to-student matches within the same school. To participate in the beta, your domain is required to have G Suite Enterprise for Education licenses.

Internationalization: Originality reports are currently only available for instructors whose language is set to English. To test the originality report experience in a non-English language, sign up for the internationalization beta. We're currently planning on testing with the following languages: Italian, French, Portuguese, Spanish, and Swedish. If your domain uses a language outside of those, you can still sign up and we'll reach out if originality reports become available in your language. To participate in the beta, your domain can have either G Suite for Education or G Suite Enterprise for Education licenses.

This Pre-General Availability Test Application (the “Test Application”), is incorporated into and made part of the Pre-General Availability Program ("PAPA"). By submitting this Test Application, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Pre-General Availability Program Agreement (https://goo.gl/forms/l6Kev6uM9Fm5mraJ2). The Test Product for this beta includes the originality reports feature in Classroom or Assignments.

If you would like your institution's instructors to be a part of this beta, please confirm participation by filling out this form. If accepted, we'll provide you with more information on next steps with the pilot. Please note that filling out this form does not guarantee acceptance into the beta.
