Photo Waiver

Senior parents will receive an email with instructions on how to submit photos of their child. You do not submit photos through this form.

By submitting photos of your child via email, you grant Whitefish Safe Grad Night the right to use them in the Baccalaureate slide show and senior posters. These photos will only be used for the purpose of celebrating our seniors and will not be used for any other purpose.

You also acknowledge that these photos may be displayed in public areas, including but not limited to, downtown Whitefish local stores. Please be aware that we will take all reasonable measures to ensure the photos are used appropriately.

By agreeing to this release, you waive any and all claims against Whitefish Safe Grad Night and its volunteers, officers, and directors that may arise from the use of your child's photos.

I, the parent or guardian of the above student of the class of 2026, hereby give my approval for my child’s poster to be displayed on Central Ave in Whitefish and used for the slide show at Baccalaureate. I understand that locations of all posters will be chosen randomly. I hereby release, absolve, indemnify, and hold harmless the Whitefish School District, the organizers, sponsors, and all of their supervisors, employees, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, and damages associated with the display of my child’s poster. I agree and accept that my child’s poster will be displayed and will be returned in an “as is” condition once the poster is removed.
