1. Confirmation of attendance will be notified NO LATER THAN five (5) days prior to the workshop. (Kindly note that only approved registration will be notified via email).
2. Please proceed with the grant application to HRD Corp after submit this registration form.
3. Any CANCELLATION is not allowed after the confirmation has been issued by Sha Art & Creativity Academy. However, please note that employer may arrange for a replacement participants if necessary.
