Masters Fitness Championship 2025 Media Package Request
We're excited to capture you and your team soon. For this competition you have the option to purchase a photo/video package to remember all of the fun and hard work! The information below we need to keep track of you and/or your team for each event. The package must be purchased prior the first event. If you do not have a package purchased you WILL NOT be guaranteed photos or video. If you have any questions or concerns please DM @HerculusMedia via Instagram.

What's included?

Photo:

Our team will capture photos throughout the entire competition. We guarantee at least 25+ high-quality photos per package (though we typically deliver many more). We cannot guarantee photos of specific movements or workouts, but we do our best to provide a wide variety.

Please note: Floater events that overlap with main scheduled events may not be covered.

Raw Video:

If you purchase a Photo + Raw Video Package, you’ll receive all raw video footage taken during the competition.

Hype Reel:

If you purchase a Photo + Raw Video + Hype Reel Package, you’ll receive photos, all raw video footage taken during the competition and a hype reel created and edited.

IF YOU DO NOT CHECK IN, YOU WILL NOT BE PHOTOGRAPHED.

You must check in with the photograph team during athlete check in. You must show your receipt via cell phone. No refunds will be given if you fail to check in before the first workout.


Photo & Video Delivery:

We edit content as quickly as possible and once complete they will be uploaded to galleries on my website. You will be notified via email when they are ready and we will provide the gallery link.

*Participation in this photo package is an express acknowledgement that Herculus Media, any partner photographers, and the event owners have the athletes consent to use these photos in a commercial capacity. All Rights Reserved.

Usage & Copyright

By purchasing a media package, you agree that Herculus Media, LLC,  partner photographers, and event organizers may use these photos for commercial purposes.

Photos you receive are for personal use only (social media, personal sharing, etc.).

I understand that I need to check in with a Media Team before the start of the competition to ensure I'm properly photographed, I receive my bracelet and number for the entire event.

I understand that the media team will edit photos and videos in a timely manner, and once completed, they will be uploaded to a public gallery, where I will be notified that they are ready for download. Delivery of final packages may take up to two weeks from the end of the competition. However, if you purchased a hype reel, please note that it may take longer due to the additional time required for sorting, editing, and creating the reel.
